Bulletin – 28th Sunday of Ordinary Time

Dear Friends,

Mass on Sunday, 10 A.M. October 15, 2017

Remember the special collection/sale this Sunday and next with all proceeds going to Puerto Rico?

The challenge to each of us continues this week to be our best selves as we move through our lives trying to live as Jesus did.  He uses poetic language–that of the “wedding garment” to let us know what is needed to live our lives well. Just as we put on our best attire for a wedding, the person we are each day must be of like “material.”

Come; be part of the discussion and the celebration this week.

Peace and love,

Pastor Kathy

Readings:

  • Isaiah 25: 6-10

Bulletin – 27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

Dear Friends,

Mass on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 10 A.M.

We continue our walk through the Church Year, getting more serious with each week, as we attempt to hear our God’s call–“Come back to me with all your heart–I love you–you are mine!” The image of the vine dresser who is persistent and consistent in caring for the grapes so that they will produce a bountiful harvest is the image of how much God loves each of us.

Come; celebrate this truth with us this week!

Peace and love,

Pastor Kathy

Bulletin – 24th Weekend in Ordinary Time

Dear Friends,

Mass on Saturday, September 16, 2017 at 4:30 P.M.

Our brother Jesus calls us this week and always, to forgiveness, again and again and again, and says in no uncertain terms that this must be our response to what life gives us by way of pain and suffering inflicted by others.  This is not always easy, but nonetheless, it is our call as his followers.

Come; pray with us this Saturday for the strength to be such followers.

Peace and love,

Pastor Kathy
