Dear Friends,
With this Sunday, we are beginning to wind down on the Easter Season. This next week on Thursday, we remember the Ascension of Jesus, when his special time with his apostles, disciples and friends, changed. He had been preparing them and us for this time, letting his followers know that he would always be with us. The All Are One community will remember this special day along with the following Sunday, the 7th Sunday of Easter.
In a couple of weeks, we will celebrate the coming of Jesus’ Spirit—his special presence with us—always—on Pentecost Sunday. Let us all continually pray for each other and for ourselves, that we will have the strength to carry on the mission of our brother, Jesus.
I won’t be with you this week, but in spirit as Robert and I will be enjoying a long weekend with our son and daughter-in-law. Pastor Dick Dahl will be with you—do come and celebrate with him and each other.
