We are challenged by our brother Jesus this week to be “creative” in finding solutions to those things in life that are troubling. We can’t let ourselves “off the hook” so to speak, in not bringing our “lived Christianity” to bear on what is happening in our world.

Bulletin – 23rd Sunday in Ordinary Time

  • Mass on Sunday, at 10 A.M. , September 4, 2022.
  • With regard to the Masses in September, please be aware of the following change.
  • Our usual Saturday Mass on the 3rd weekend will be changed, just for this month.
  • Instead of being held on Saturday, September 17th, the Saturday Mass for September will be on Saturday, September 24th.
  • As a result, on the third weekend, Mass will be on Sunday, September 18th.
  • In addition there will be no Mass on Sunday, September 25th. This is to accommodate the LCC who will be having their Family Weekend Liturgy in our time slot.

We are challenged with some hard sayings this week with regard to “doing the right thing.” And basically, it comes down to asking the question, “What does ‘love’ ask me to do here?” It won’t be a black and white answer, by the way.

Bulletin – 22nd Sunday in Ordinary Time

  • Mass on Sunday, August 28, 2022 at 10 A.M. COVID restrictions still in place.
  • SPECIAL NOTE: As we look toward September, we will have a change for our monthly Saturday Mass–instead of the 3rd Saturday, 9-17, it will be on the 4th Saturday, 9-24. THIS CHANGE IS JUST FOR SEPTEMBER! The LCC has their “Family Sunday” on September 25 in our time slot, so it would be better for us to meet on Saturday, September 24 to give them space. Additionally, that means that we will have Sunday Mass on the 3rd weekend, September 18. Hopefully this is clear!
