Bulletin – 5th Weekend of Lent

Dear Friends,

Mass on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at 4:30 P.M.

Remember March is Minnesota Food Share Month–please be generous for the Winona Food Shelf

Monday, March 19, 2018, all are welcome to attend a Remembrance Service, sponsored by the Winona Interfaith Council at 7 P.M.

Saturday, March 24, 2018, all are welcome to attend and stand with the students in support of those killed at Margory Stoneman Douglas High School at the Lake Park band shell at 6:30 P.M.

As Lent is winding down; we are still continually being challenged to write the laws of our good God upon our hearts.  When we do this–lay God’s laws upon our hearts, it is not as easy to merely give “lip service”–we are called to action!

Come; be with us this Saturday!

Peace and love,

Pastor Kathy

Bulletin – 3rd Sunday of Lent

Dear Friends,

Mass on Sunday, March 4, 2018 at 10:00 A.M.

A grateful thank you to all who helped deliver Home Meals during February–this has been a mission of our parish for several years and you have responded wonderfully! A big, extra thank you to Michael Maher for organizing this work!

Remember our collection of non-perishable foods for the Winona Food Shelf–you can bring your donations anytime during the month and after the last Sunday of the month, all is taken by a volunteer to the Food Shelf.  If you would like to help out with this ministry, let Pastor Kathy know.

This Sunday we look at the law, the black and white of it and the grayness too.  Are laws ever meant to be broken?

Come; ponder and pray with us on Sunday.

Peace and love,

Pastor Kathy

First Weekend of Lent

Dear Friends,

Mass on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 4:30 P.M. –Pastor Dick Dahl will preside.

NOTE: February 14, 2018 is Ash Wednesday.  All Are One Catholic church will not be meeting for liturgy, although, if you haven’t received ashes, this ritual will be offered at the Saturday liturgy.

Once again, we look to the psalmist for the overriding theme as we begin the holy season of Lent as a community: “All the paths of our God are steadfast love…”  Interesting and significant I think that Lent began on our national day of love, this past Wednesday.  We hear from Mark’s gospel today that “the reign of God is at hand”–let us use this time to renew our relationship with our loving God through our brother, Jesus.

Peace and love and blessings upon this Lent for us all,

Pastor Kathy
